Our Day to Day Obligations:
Our Department creates and manages University corporate email accounts. Corporate email accounts are mail accounts that given to staff and students by the Department of University ICT Services. The university reserves all rights to revoke these emails at any time in case there is a misuse.

The Department provides both hardware and software services to all our clients E.g. network maintenance, printer installation and other related support. We use an open source ticketing system to support our Staff and students.
This portal enables students to access various services such as checking for results, financial status, registration status. One of the biggest obstacles that our student portal removes is the number of information silos found across colleges and universities today.
The Department is involved in training of students on online ICT Support Help Desk system, Students online services, Google apps for education, MIU corporate email services and other systems.
