UPCOMING UNIVERSITY PROGRAMMES

Members of the university fraternity are informed of the schedule below following the recent Presidential televised speech where universities will be open for face- to-face sessions starting 01st November 2021.

All students who are currently undertaking online classes will continue until then. All who didn’t manage to copy-up with the online mode of learning are encouraged to turn up on 01st November 2021 for Physical classes.

Meanwhile, all offices are open for students to make consultations, inquires and registration. All continuing students register from their respective Head of Department while new students are registered from the office of the Academic Registrar.

Requirements for registration:

 a.   New Students (First Time Registration)

    • Two well filled registration forms for new students (attainable at campus)
    • Original Uganda Certificate of Education (or its equivalent) plus two photocopies of Original Uganda
    • Advanced Certificate of Education (or its equivalent) plus two photocopies of it
    • Birth certificate or/and any National Identification documents plus two photocopies of
    • Identity card(s) from the previous school plus two photocopies of it
    • 03 (three) passport size photographs
    • Evidence of payment of tuition/functional fees plus two photocopies of it
    • Payment slips for statutory fees (Guild, National Council for Higher Education, Science & Technology fees and undergraduate gown).
    • Copy of Joining instructions

b.     Continuing Students 

  • Well filled registration forms (02) for continuing Students (R2 forms)
  • 03 (three) passport size photographs
  • Evidence of payment of tuition/functional fees plus two photocopies of it
  • Payment slips for statutory fees (Guild, National Council for Higher Education & Science & Technology).
  • Copy of Joining instruction
