At Metropolitan International University (MIU), we proudly join all Ugandans in paying tribute to our national heroes—past and present—who stood tall in the face of adversity, championed the cause of freedom, and laid the foundation for a brighter future. From military veterans and civil rights defenders to educators, health workers, and community leaders, Uganda’s heroes come from all walks of life, united by one common purpose: the love for their country.
