GUIDELINES FOR GRADUANDS VISITING THE UNIVERSITY BURSAR’S OFFICE FOR CLEARANCE

As you approach your graduation, we want to provide you with important guidelines to ensure a smooth process when visiting the University Bursar’s Office. Please take note of the following instructions
- Graduation Fees Payment:
Kindly note that graduation fees must be paid in full before visiting the Bursar’s Office. The fee structure for different courses is as follows:
- Master’s Degree: UGX 560,000
- Bachelor’s Degree: UGX 535,000
- Diploma: UGX 475,000
- Certificate: UGX 405,000
Additionally, please include a bank charge fee of UGX 2,500. Kindly make the payment to the Bank of Africa account number 05363700002.
- Clearance Form Signatures and Stamps:
Ensure that all relevant officers have signed and stamped your clearance form, indicating completion of requirements from the other departments.
- Chronological Order of Receipts:
Please arrange all your receipts in a chronological order, starting from Year 1, Semester 1, followed by Year 1, Semester 2, and so on. This arrangement will help us verify your payment history accurately, ensuring that no payments are missed or overlooked
Corresponding Copies Attached:
- Presentation of Original Receipts:
Present individual original receipts without stapling or binding them together for thorough examination.
Please note that any form of forgery, tampering, or counterfeit receipts will not be tolerated. Such actions constitute serious legal offenses and will result in severe consequences. We strongly advise you to adhere strictly to the guidelines mentioned above to avoid any complications or delays like joining the queue again to revisit the bursar’s office.
Ensure that the original receipts match the copies attached to the clearance form, maintaining the same chronological order.
