Today we were privileged to host Fred Mukasa Mbidde (Member of Parliament).Fred Mukasa Mbidde, Mr. Ralph Bakashabaruhanga (Director of Human Resource at BOU), Mr. Jolly Kisinziggo (Learning & Development Manager at DFU), and Hon, Nkunyingi Muwadda.
While addressing the students’ community at MIU, the guest speakers encouraged them to put discipline first and that all others will follow. They also encouraged students to spend their time at campus preciously and productively. Hon Fred Mukasa Mbidde encouraged the Degree, Diploma and Certificate pursuers to not only focus on government jobs and those in public sectors, but they would instead consider self-employment as well due to the limited number of jobs in the country.
