The university’s Mbarara Branch Campus recently hosted a vibrant and intellectually enriching Kiswahili Conference organized by the East African University Kiswahili Students’ Association. The event brought together students, scholars, and language enthusiasts from across the region to celebrate and promote the growth of the Kiswahili language and culture.

The conference served as an important platform for dialogue, learning, and cultural exchange, highlighting the significance of Kiswahili as a unifying language within East Africa.
