Metropolitan International University (MIU) proudly congratulates Tubenawe Jespan, an MIU student, on his appointment as Campus Ambassador of the Commonwealth Students’ Association (CSA) for the 2026/2027 term.
The appointment, officially confirmed by the CSA on 24 August 2026, follows a competitive selection process and positions Tubenawe as a liaison between the CSA and the student community at MIU.
As a CSA Campus Ambassador, Tubenawe will contribute to promoting CSA programmes and campaigns, mobilising students for Commonwealth initiatives, raising awareness on student development and advocacy, and supporting research and institutional engagement.
The Commonwealth Students’ Association (CSA) is a representative body for student unions and councils across the Commonwealth, bringing together more than 45 National Student Organisations across 56 Commonwealth nations. Its work focuses on amplifying student voices, promoting inclusive education, and strengthening student governance and advocacy.
This appointment marks an exciting milestone for MIU and demonstrates the growing opportunities for our students to connect, lead and make an impact beyond the university community.
Congratulations, Tubenawe Jespan!
