Sunday, 5th January 2036
This reporting date applies to both New (Fresh) Students and Old (Continuing) Students.
🎓 New (Fresh) Students Reporting Guidelines
All newly admitted students are required to report to the University on 5th January 2036 to complete the following processes:

Physical registration and verification of academic documents

Clearance with Admissions, Finance, and Faculty Offices

Orientation and induction into university life

Issuance of student identification and registration numbers

Allocation of accommodation (for students who applied for university housing)

Familiarization with university policies, facilities, and academic regulations
New students are advised to come with original copies and photocopies of their admission letters, academic certificates, national identification, and any other documents stated in their admission guidelines.
📚 Old (Continuing) Students Reporting Guidelines
All continuing students are expected to report on the same date, 5th January 2036, in order to:

Complete semester registration

Confirm course units and timetables

Resume lectures and academic activities

Settle any outstanding tuition or administrative requirements

Access university facilities and services
Continuing students are reminded that failure to report on time may disrupt their academic progress.
